In JLA we offer each client a structured integrated interior design process based on the individual project's needs and requirements. This process is a collaborative method for design, which emphasizes the development of a holistic approach. It is driven by collaboration between our specialized professionals from architecture to engineering.

JLA Interior Design services include the following phases: Programming Phase: Client survey, site survey and documentation-We will develop preliminary budgets with you. Schematic Design Phase and Conceptual design development: Prepare conceptual sketches and colour renderings to help our clients visualize project concepts. Prepare necessary floor plans, elevations and details.

Develop a vocabulary of finishes-walls, floors and cabinetry/mill work that will contextually blend into existing environment or create one for new construction. Prepare schematic plans for cabinet design and layout if required. Installation specifications: Make preliminary selections for new items to be purchased. Contract-Implementation Phase: Construction documents, construction oversight and correspondence. Prepare installation specifications based on the selections the client has approved. Completion of interior installations and purchase of merchandise. Execution Phase: Completion of interior installations and purchase of merchandise. Implementation of design Installation. Project review including Completion-Final walk through.
